The handy wireless pocket router has been released in collaboration with another telecom service provider Shyam networks. This handy pocket device is named Winknet Mf50. The amazing thing about Winknet Mf50 is the fact that it has the potential to connect more than one device to the World Wide Web.

This pocket router comes very handy when you have to connect multiple devices using a single sim card. A 3G sim card is required to run this pocket device. Winknet Mf50 is sim locked. Consumers will get a 60 Indian rupees recharge voucher after buying this handy device. You will get a data usage of about 1GB. Both Shyam telecom and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is immensely benefited by releasing this device. BSNL gives the sim cards to Shyam telecom. Shyam telecom with then sell this handy router.

Broadband evolution, types and features


The term broadband refers to a telecommunication bandwidth that is at least 256 Kbps. A single broadband communication channel is 6 MHz wide and the voice grade is greater than 20 KHz. Broadband uses a wide range of frequencies to seamlessly transmit and receive information between networks. 4G standards that lack cooperative relaying

4G is a telecommunication standard for providing high speed broadband services. The whole world may be crazy about 4G but these standards lack cooperative relaying. If a mobile phone is connected to two or more mobile towers during a phone call it is known as soft handover or cooperative relaying. If there is cooperative relaying it is possible for a mobile phone to receive communication signals from two or more radio stations at the same time. 1) UMB 

UMB is the abbreviation for Ultra Mobile Broadband. This communication standard was developed by Qualcomm. Both these systems lack cooperative relaying.

3) OFDM

OFDM stands for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing. OFDM encodes data on different carrier frequencies to deliver incredible speeds of up to 300 Mega bits per second. OFDM is highly sensitive to Doppler shifts and can create frequency synchronization issues within the network.
